✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.

  • Customized or prescription lenses are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing items will not be accepted.

🔄 Replacement / Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
